The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense – this is non-refundable. A return satchel is required to be provided by customers wishing to exchange their items.

**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Lyn Rose Boutique  We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

 Screen monitors differ on each device and we make every effort to ensure our colours & sizes are described as best as possible.
 Refunds are available in accordance with the fair trade act if an item is faulty or does not fit. We are unable to accept returns of products due to change of mind.
