Our Return Policy
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Lyn Rose Boutique are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
You must make contact with Lyn Rose Boutique within 24 hours of receiving your order via email - email@example.com
Returns: Terms and Guidelines
- Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving your items.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
- Items can only be returned back to us for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Exchanges must be of the same value.
- Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shoe must be unworn, unscuffed or show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to deny your return, your items will be returned to sender and you will be notified via email.
What can't be sent back?
- Sale items - Please note that items on sale are NOT exchangeable or refundable unless the item is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer.
- For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats and head scarves cannot be returned.
- Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks. **If the item is deemed soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return, your items will be returned to sender and you will be notified via email.
- If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org please include a picture of the deemed fault and your invoice/order number.
- The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense – this is non-refundable. A return satchel is required to be provided by customers wishing to exchange their items.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Lyn Rose Boutique We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
Screen monitors differ on each device and we make every effort to ensure our colours & sizes are described as best as possible.
Refunds are available in accordance with the fair trade act if an item is faulty or does not fit. We are unable to accept returns of products due to change of mind.
